Cascadia Community College

Location and description of area: Located in Bothell, a safe community that is twenty minutes (19 km.) northeast of downtown Seattle and 90 minutes south of Vancouver, Canada! We are the newest community college in Washington state; our doors opened in September 2000. Cascadia shares the campus with the University of Washington Bothell—there are 2 schools on one campus! Because of this, Cascadia shares many services with the University and students have access to the University’s 6-million volume library. We also have a great dual-enrollment program where students can go to both schools at the same time.

Total student population: About 3,000

International student population: 10 and growing! We have many immigrant students and others who are on different visa types. Come be amongst our first international students where you'll get the opportunity to learn English very well and make friends with American students.

Programs offered: Dual-enrollment with University of Washington Bothell, Intensive English Language Program, Certificates, and 2-year associate degrees that transfer to universities (Associate in Integrated Studies (AIS), Associate of Science (AS), Associate of Business (AB), Associate in Pre-Nursing).
