Bastyr University

Location and description of area: Bastyr's campus is located 10 miles northeast of Seattle in suburban Kenmore, Washington. The 50-acre campus is surrounded by St. Edward State Park with playfields, gardens, and miles of wooded trails on the shore of Lake Washington. The park offers a natural wildlife habitat, as well as a swimming pool, outdoor volleyball courts, and tennis courts available to Bastyr students. Our location offers endless opportunities for both urban culture and the beauty of the outdoors.

Programs offered: Founded in 1978, Bastyr is the leading institution in the United States for the study of natural medicine. Bastyr offers doctoral, master's and bachelor's completion degrees in a range of natural health sciences: Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Applied Behavioral Science, Exercise Science and Wellness, Health Psychology, Herbal Sciences, Naturopathic Medicine, and Nutrition.
