2019 NAFSA Study in the States Pavilion Sponsorship

Study Washington will be representing Washington state at the Study in the States consortium booth space hosted by EducationUSA and the US Commercial Service.

Study Washington will be representing Washington state at the Study in the States consortium booth space hosted by EducationUSA and the US Commercial Service.

We are offering an advertising opportunity for Washington State Institutions – attendance at NAFSA is not required to be a sponsor!

Study Washington will be meeting with US Commerce Specialists, Education USA Advisers, Recruitment Agents, University representatives from other countries, and even embassy officials this year!

Last year we conducted 59 meetings of this type, and several participating schools were able to form partnerships for marketing, recruitment, or exchange programs as a result.

Sponsors will receive:

  • Placement in the flyer distributed at each meeting.
  • Priority profile on the front page of the Study Washington website
  • Priority Access to detailed meeting notes for each meeting.
  • Market Intelligence from USCS and EducationUSA meetings.
  • Participation in the Higher Education Partnership Fair, open exclusively to US institutions.
  • Representation at the NAFSA Embassy Circle Event: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1z6wItSMZKlta_i9c-DReEFEy94PmqbNM
  • Priority Connect – Contacts from meetings that match your institution’s interest closely will be directly e-introduced following NAFSA.
  • Representation at with the meeting of the National Governor’s Association – the Washington State Governor’s Office in Washington DC has confirmed attendance.

We are offering many more benefits this year to help institutions out that are not able to attend personally.   If there are other benefits that your school is looking for, please contact us!

For those who sponsor and are also attending NAFSA, there is one more space available to attend the Embassy Circle event.  Please contact us at studywashington@gmail.com to apply.

The cost for sponsors is $400.

Our final deadline for this sponsorship opportunity is approaching on May 15th.
